These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Pixel AI Technologies, which operates the Pixel AI website and digital storefront ("Store", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Store, creating an order, or contacting us for a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our linked policies.

1. About our digital store

Pixel AI is an online-only retailer of digital products. We specialize in:

  • Software license keys and activation codes (e.g. operating systems, office suites)
  • Antivirus, security, VPN, and privacy subscriptions
  • Utility, recovery, backup, and productivity software licenses
  • Prepaid AI, cloud, and creative tool subscriptions where listed
  • Installation guides, ISO documentation packs, and digital setup materials where described on the product page

We do not sell physical boxes, USB drives, or shipped media unless a listing explicitly states otherwise (most listings are 100% digital).

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place orders.
  • You may need an existing account with the software publisher (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, OpenAI) to redeem subscriptions or bind a license.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email inbox and any publisher accounts used for activation.
  • Providing false name, email, or phone details may delay or cancel your order.

3. Product information and publisher terms

Each product page includes the name, category, short description, price in PKR, and delivery notes. Detailed specifications (edition, duration, device count, region restrictions) are shown where applicable.

Publisher EULAs: All software and subscriptions remain governed by the original publisher's End User License Agreement (EULA), terms of service, and acceptable use policies. By purchasing, you agree to comply with those publisher rules in addition to ours.

Prohibited use: You may not use our products to:

  • Pirate, crack, or circumvent licensing mechanisms
  • Share, resell, or publicly post license keys (unless the publisher permits resale)
  • Operate services that violate export controls, sanctions, or local law
  • Overload or abuse publisher APIs or subscription quotas

4. Orders, acceptance, and pricing

4.1 Placing an order

Orders may be placed through our checkout flow or by contacting us after adding items to your cart. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; we accept the order when we confirm it and begin processing delivery.

4.2 Pricing and taxes

  • Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise noted.
  • Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of our acceptance applies.
  • Any applicable taxes or fees will be communicated during checkout or by our team before payment.

4.3 Order refusal

We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, chargeback risk, incorrect pricing, licensing unavailability, violation of these Terms, or repeated abuse of refund requests.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout or sent by our team after you place an order. Until payment is verified according to our instructions:

  • Delivery may be delayed or withheld
  • Reserved license inventory is not guaranteed

You agree to pay the full order amount and any communicated fees. Payment disputes should be raised with us before initiating a bank or card chargeback.

6. Digital delivery

Delivery is electronic only. See our Delivery Policy for timeframes, email requirements, and what files or keys you should expect.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Digital goods are difficult to return once delivered. Our Refund Policy explains eligible refunds, replacements, and the 7-day request window for valid issues.

8. Intellectual property

The Store design, branding, product descriptions written by us, and original content are owned by or licensed to Pixel AI Technologies. Publisher trademarks (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

9. Website use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, attack, or disrupt the website or servers
  • Attempt unauthorized access to admin or customer areas
  • Use automated bots to purchase inventory unfairly
  • Upload malware or unlawful content through contact forms

10. Disclaimers

Products are provided "as described" on their listings. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted operation of third-party cloud or AI services
  • Compatibility with every device, OS version, or region
  • Future feature availability controlled by publishers

We are an independent reseller unless a product page states we are an authorized partner for that brand.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from use of purchased licenses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific order.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pixel AI Technologies against claims arising from your misuse of license keys, violation of publisher EULAs, or breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Material changes apply to orders placed after the update date unless law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore, Punjab shall have jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally.
