Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital purchases from Pixel AI, operated by Pixel AI Technologies. Please read this before buying license keys or subscription activations.

1. Why digital refunds are limited

Unlike physical goods, a license key or activation code can often be copied at the moment of delivery. Once delivered or activated, the value cannot be returned to inventory. This policy balances customer fairness with abuse prevention.

2. General rule

After delivery or activation, sales are final unless an exception in Section 3 applies or Pakistani consumer law requires otherwise.

3. When refunds or replacements may be approved

4. When refunds are usually denied

  • License already activated on your or another device
  • Change of mind after successful delivery
  • Failure to read system requirements (OS version, region, RAM, etc.) stated on the listing
  • Account banned by publisher due to terms violation
  • Partial consumption of a subscription period
  • False or abusive chargeback after receiving a working key

5. Cancellations before delivery

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If we have not yet purchased or assigned a key from our supplier, we will cancel without charge. If preparation has begun, we may deduct a reasonable processing fee.

6. Subscription-specific notes

  • Prepaid subscription terms (e.g. 12 months) start when activated on your publisher account unless the listing states otherwise.
  • Downgrading or cancelling recurring billing with the publisher is your responsibility after we complete prepaid activation.
  • We do not refund unused months after activation except where required by law.

7. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@pixelaitechnology.com within 7 calendar days of purchase (sooner is better).
  2. Include: order date, email used at checkout, product name, payment reference (if any), and screenshots of any error messages.
  3. Do not publish license keys publicly while the case is open.

We respond within 1–2 business days. Complex cases may take up to 5 business days while we verify with suppliers.

8. Refund method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible (bank transfer, wallet, etc.). Processing time depends on your bank or provider (typically 3–10 business days after approval).

9. Chargebacks and disputes

Contact us before filing a payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered valid keys may result in permanent order bans and reporting to payment partners.
