- What is Pixel AI and who operates it?
- Pixel AI is an online digital store selling software licenses, activation keys, and prepaid subscriptions. The store is operated by Pixel AI Technologies, based in Pakistan. We do not operate a physical retail shop for boxed software.
- What products can I buy?
- Our catalog includes Windows and Office licenses, antivirus and security suites, data recovery and backup tools, VPN services, cloud storage plans, AI assistant subscriptions, productivity apps, developer tools, creative software, and related digital items. Each product page explains edition, term, and delivery format.
- How does digital delivery work?
- After your order is confirmed and payment verified, we email license keys, activation links, or step-by-step setup instructions to the address you provide. Delivery is usually within 1–24 business hours (PKT). See our Delivery Policy for full details.
- Do I need an account with Microsoft, Adobe, OpenAI, etc.?
- Often yes. Many subscriptions and office licenses must be applied to an existing publisher account you control. We send redemption steps; you should never share your publisher password with us.
- Are all prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)?
- Yes. Prices on the shop are listed in PKR (Rs) unless a specific product note says otherwise. Any taxes or fees will be communicated before you pay.
- How do I pay for my order?
- Online payment integration is being rolled out. Today, you can place an order through checkout and our team will contact you with secure payment instructions (bank transfer, wallet, or other supported methods).
- When is my order confirmed?
- Your order is confirmed when we accept it and begin processing — typically after we verify payment and availability. You will receive communication by email or phone.
- Can I cancel before delivery?
- If we have not yet assigned or sent your license, contact us immediately to request cancellation. Once a key is sent or activated, cancellation is usually not possible. See our Refund Policy.
- What is your refund policy?
- Refunds are limited for digital goods. We may refund or replace when there is non-delivery, invalid keys (verified), billing errors, or wrong products sent. Change-of-mind refunds after activation are generally not available. Full rules are in our Refund Policy.
- How do I activate my license or subscription?
- Follow the instructions in your delivery email. This may include entering a key in software settings, visiting a redemption URL, or signing into a publisher portal. Contact support if you see region or edition errors before attempting multiple activations.
- Can I use one license on multiple computers?
- Only if the product listing and publisher EULA allow it. Many keys are single-PC or limited-device. The product page and delivery notes specify device limits where known.
- Is my personal data safe?
- We collect only what is needed for orders and support, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Use a secure email account and enable two-factor authentication on publisher accounts when possible.
- What if I do not receive my email?
- Check spam folders, verify your email spelling, then contact hello@pixelaitechnology.com with your order details. We can resend or trace delivery from our side.
