Delivery Policy (Digital Goods)
This Delivery Policy explains how Pixel AI delivers digital licenses and subscriptions. There is no physical shipping — all fulfillment is by email and electronic instructions.
1. What "delivery" means for us
Delivery = sending you everything needed to activate or use your purchase, typically including:
- Product license key or serial number
- Redemption URL or activation portal link
- Account upgrade / prepaid subscription application steps
- PDF or HTML setup guide, ISO download instructions, or troubleshooting tips
- Order confirmation summary for your records
2. Delivery channel
We deliver to the email address you provide at checkout or confirm with our team. Optionally we may send activation details via WhatsApp if you request it and we agree in writing.
Important: Check inbox, spam, junk, and "Promotions" folders. Add our email domain to your safe-senders list if possible.

4. Order confirmation vs delivery
Submitting checkout information does not guarantee instant delivery. Delivery starts after:
- We accept your order
- Payment is verified (if applicable)
- License stock or supplier allocation is available
5. Product types
5.1 Perpetual / one-time licenses
You receive a key or activation valid per publisher rules (often one PC or stated device count). Backup your key immediately.
5.2 Time-limited subscriptions
You receive prepaid access for the term on the product page (e.g. 1 month, 12 months). Renewal with the publisher after the prepaid period is your responsibility unless we sell a renewal SKU.
5.3 Account-based services (AI, cloud, creative apps)
You may need an existing publisher account. We provide upgrade instructions or voucher redemption — we do not create publisher accounts containing your personal documents unless explicitly stated.
6. Failed or incomplete delivery
If you do not receive email within the timeframe above:
- Search spam folders and verify your email spelling
- Email hello@pixelaitechnology.com with your name, phone, product, and payment proof
- We will resend, provide a replacement, or refund per our Refund Policy
7. Geographic availability
Most licenses are for global or region-unrestricted use unless the product page lists region locks (e.g. certain VPN or media subscriptions). You are responsible for complying with local import and software laws.
8. Delivery records
We log outbound delivery timestamps and message IDs for support and dispute resolution. We do not guarantee publisher-side delivery to third-party inboxes beyond our send confirmation.
